OUR
SCREENING PROCESS
We parallel our screening process to that of
the State of Florida's licensing agent for commercial child care
settings. What this means to you is after we have completed the
screening process, your child care professional would be able
to work for the local county government or any commercial child
care facility as their employee. We believe by doing this, if
the State approves of them, so do we!
Our extensive process includes
but is not limited to: recent employment verification, reference
checking, local, state and national level criminal checks*, etc.
We also require all of our potential child care candidates to
maintain current CPR & First Aid as long as they remain active
in our data base. So you can rest assured that we will make every
effort to meet your child care needs with only the best!
We will also run background checks on your own selected candidate.

to work with children according to Florida Rules & Regs for licensed/registered child care facilities or
homes.
